I was really impressed with the overall quality of this hotel - the building itself and my room were both top-notch. The room was clean, comfortable, and had everything I needed. However, the food service was a different story. While the food was decent, the delivery time to my room was ridiculously slow, which was frustrating. With a bit of improvement in this area, I'd have no hesitation in recommending this place.
Overall location was good,calm and serene. Few times staff were good. There is no resort manager and everything is being handled by the restaurant manager Mr. Manoj. The night of our 1st stay, we had pretty pathetic experience while ordering dinner. They told at 10.15 that the last order should be given by 10.30 since they will close the restaurant by 11pm so we gave our order at 10.25pm. When we didn't see our food by 11.15pm then gave a call and understand that they had forgotten our order. Then I had to cancel 1 dish and they have delivered my remaining dishes by 11.30pm and when I opened I understand that the order was different. I went to the restaurant to ask them to change it since my wife was allergic to certain items in that misplaced order but restaurant staff spoke very rudely and told all have left and nothing can be done. I even went to reception but they also told they're helpless. Finally we had to adjust and when we are, we found that there was no salt in both the dishes. Next morning I complained to their restaurant manager and asked for refund but he just told will look into it. Very pathetic experience

However, the dinner taste was a letdown, and the tiny TV in the room was a bit of a joke.
