The property looked very nice, but the bed was very uncomfortable, with box springs pressing on my hips; we had to leave at 4 AM because we couldn’t sleep. When I went to check out, nobody was around, so I waited about 10 minutes hoping someone would come. The front‑desk clerk seemed busy with another guest, but after I called the hotel phone from the lobby, he emerged from a dark dining area and asked if I needed help. I told him I wanted to check out, and he replied that I could have just left my key on the desk, which felt odd to me. I’ve never experienced anything like that before; he seemed annoyed and didn’t want to bother with the checkout.

It’s the nicest place we’ve stayed in the area—clean, spacious, and cool with AC—but the breakfast on a weekday wasn’t the best.

The room was nice and the staff was great, but the pool was small, dirty, and full of chemicals; green residue on the stairway and an overpowering chlorine smell greeted me as soon as I walked in, and the pool room felt very warm.
