The hotel was scorching hot, the AC stopped working, and there was no elevator, making it hard for my elderly and disabled family to get up the stairs. It definitely wasn't a 4‑star hotel as advertised; the overall vibe was bad. The shuttle couldn't get in because the road was steep, so we had to park in front and carry our luggage inside, which ruined the experience. The room I booked was in the old building, in poor condition, right on the road, and the traffic noise was unbearable. It felt like we were forced to upgrade to the back building just to escape that. This is the worst hotel I've ever stayed at, and I won't book through this app again because I can't trust it.

“It is fine place to use to sleep and go out all day.”

The property was in a great spot and it was easy to get around Krabi town, but it looked pretty rundown and didn't match the photos. It needs renovations and felt quite dirty.

“Well worth a stay”

The location was fantastic and the balcony view was gorgeous. The front desk team were friendly and extremely helpful. The bed was super comfortable and had everything we needed.

The hotel was clean, the pool was good, and rooms were cleaned daily. The staff were very kind. Nearby there was a 7‑Eleven and other places to eat. Klong Muang beach was great, we could eat there, buy fruit and smoothies.
