Breakfast and the Skylounge Restaurant were excellent. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The spa area was well maintained and an experience in itself. The room and bathroom were very nice and comfortable. I would visit this hotel again anytime.

The air conditioning was unbelievably cold and I came home with a nerve irritation that the doctor said was caused by it. It was inappropriate for a Hilton and the staff were irritating and rude. I cannot think of anything else to write about after what happened to me.

The bed size, the bathroom and toilet dimensions, and the view over Bursa and Uludağ were all great. The room was on the 9th floor, offering a dreamy night view over Bursa. The carpet wasn’t completely clean—there were stains or a burn mark in two places, the furniture was scratched, and a few marble tiles were damaged.
