The room was clean and the location was very convenient on the main road with a convenience store nearby, yet the room was fully booked even though I had confirmed it through the app and website, and the staff said they couldn't accommodate reservations made long ago. I was on a long holiday with several family members and couldn't find another place, so by 3 pm I had to ask the hotel to help. They offered a monthly room that wasn’t ready yet; the remote air‑con had only one unit that had to be turned on and off individually, the floor seemed to sag and needed repair, and after about 1.30 hours of cleaning I finally got into the room.
