“A warm, inviting, clean guesthouse, steps away from the gondola with the most gracious owners ever!”

The Pension Cotton Farm is just steps from the Annapuri Gondola, but aside from that, the staff – Yu & Yuki – the owners are the most accommodating, kind, and fun hosts we’ve ever met. We travel all over the world and will stay in touch with Yu & Yuki like family. The food is exceptional, the atmosphere is warm, and we will always stay here when traveling in Niseko. Highly highly recommend!
