Excellent location for me – close to the trains and a short walk to the sights, and the rooms are a little bigger than a standard NYC hotel. This is a great hotel, very little to complain about, but I would like the option to have breakfast included (you can only get inclusive breakfast if you book direct with them).

The location, the bathroom, and the comfort of the beds were good. The dining area… pub… the music was very loud and it was very dark.

The staff were sweet, cleaning was regular, rooms were spacious, and the location was great—next to food carts, a convenience shop, $3 coffees, and 5th Ave. The AC sometimes turned on while I was out of the room during cleaning, which was temperamental.

The beds were comfortable, the bathroom was spacious, and the location was good. The cafeteria‑restaurant‑pub was very dark and not clean.

The hotel was proper, well‑located near the train, and the staff were friendly. However, the breakfast lacked certain items each morning (fruits, bacon, etc.), the food was greasy and low quality, though plates were generous and the lunch choices were repetitive. We arrived around 9 am, so it wasn’t late. The air conditioning was unusually high in the cold, icy restaurant, and the dining area was very dark.
