The bar and restaurant were solid, but the spa left a lot to be desired; I paid a lot for a facial with a worker who was sick and wore rubber gloves.

Check‑in went smoothly and the room was clean and comfortable, yet the breakfast wasn’t truly complimentary – they handed out a voucher for the restaurant, which turned out to be nice.

The room was very nice and the shower was great.

The location was great, everything you need is within 10 minutes and it’s very close to the UMA‑AUGUSTA, which is why we came up. The facility was clean, the pool, hot tub, and gym were open, though we didn’t get to try the gym. We had no major issues and would stay again if we travel up; the only hiccup was a clogged shower drain that we reported at checkout and the staff said they’d fix it. Great place!

The bed was comfortable and clean, but dinner was lackluster. The room itself was dirty from the baseboards up; the furniture was worn, appeared dirty, and unappealing. It looked like a storage room for items removed from other rooms, and the internal hallway was decorated only about two‑thirds of the length. My room was at the end of that hallway. Perhaps they were renovating; if so, the room shouldn’t have been available.
