The location is great, just a 5‑minute walk from the train station. The room is new, large, has a kettle and a fridge, a comfortable bed, and a big window with a street view. The staff were very friendly, and the front desk even had a Chinese‑speaking receptionist—awesome!

The room was clean and newly renovated, just a few meters from the train station. The elevator is old and small.

The spot is perfect for an early departure from Termini station. The place is clean, has air‑conditioning, and you can do a quick early‑morning check‑out by just leaving the keys in the room. It’s close to great trattorias. Getting in is a bit confusing: you take a two‑person lift to the 6th floor and then a second lift to the second‑floor room. The rooms are a bit spartan.

The place is well situated for what we needed; the executive suites were nicely furnished and the large windows kept street noise to a minimum.
