How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The spot is great for Gibraltar, but it’s a pity the view of the Rock is blocked by a shopping centre under construction. Two minor issues: the lights on the rental bikes didn’t work, so we walked at night instead of riding, and there were tiny ants on the boat floor even though everything else was spotless, which the owner can’t control.

The location was excellent, the pet‑friendly policy was a big plus, the boats were charming and the rooftop terraces overlooking the marina were amazing. Food was great, especially when it was delivered to the terrace to enjoy the sunset, and breakfast was extraordinary; the staff were kind and attentive. The only downside was that the previous guests had smoked, so the room had a cigarette smell, and the cleaning could have been a bit more thorough—nothing terrible, just not perfect.

It was something special, though a bit cramped even though we booked the higher category. The relaxation on the rooftop terrace, waking up with a water view, and the proximity to Gibraltar—where you can easily use the public buses to reach places like Europa Point—were all top. The kitchen and living comfort were limited by the space, so I wouldn’t stay a full week, but for 1–3 nights it’s definitely great.
