The staff were helpful at check‑in. The room was freezing cold; I turned off the air‑conditioning but it stayed cold. The shower curtain was dirty and a piece of wood was missing from the hanging unit.

The food was great, the rooms stayed clean and tidy, and the staff were very friendly and helpful, but I booked three double rooms for single occupancy and two of them turned out to be twin beds, which is a problem for a big bloke like me who struggles in a single bed.
