Service, breakfast, location and parking. The hot water network was shut off, preventing me from showering when I tried. There was a dog poop smell in the hotel corridors and even at reception. The TV turned on by itself; we had to unplug it! The room was dark and had no mini‑fridge.

Helpful staff. Breakfast was good. Loved the jabuticaba tree. The fridge had no freezer lid, so my drinks froze and a Coke can exploded. The tap was broken and leaking. The outlet was only for the TV and fridge; there could have been one next to the bed to charge a phone, watch TV, or defrost drinks.
