The room was clean, comfortable, and in good condition, and the front‑desk staff were friendly and welcoming. The fitness area could use some care: no water‑cups, the wipes were dry, the mats were worn, and there were no individual mats for floor exercise. The soft‑drink selection was limited, and the fountain and water dispenser in the breakfast area couldn’t hold a 24‑oz bottle.

Everything and everyone were amazing, but the shower pressure was horrible—maybe the head was partially clogged. The room was beautiful and super comfortable.

The location and staff were good, but the TV didn’t work, the shower head and handle were loose, bugs were in the room, the mattress was uncomfortable, pillows were too thin even when stacked twice, and the icemaker on the first floor was broken.

Very friendly staff, clean and quiet rooms, yet the hot water was barely warm at best.
