Location and room. They don't have smart tv after asking to them they simply denied but earlier they gave me. I asked I will pay extra so they asked me to pay 11000 inr Such huge amount they charge and basic smart tv is missing as I asked multiple times that please arrange I will pay extra so they were asking me original TV cost

The location is fine, but the breakfast menu is quite limited and does not meet expectations. The taste and overall quality are below average, especially considering the tariff charged by the hotel.

The location is great.

The hotel's location was great, but unfortunately, the staff's behavior was a major letdown. The lift was also out of order, which made things even more inconvenient. Overall, it was a disappointing experience.

To be honest, I didn't find much to like about this hotel. The quality was subpar, and it felt like a 2-star hotel at best. Nothing really stood out as positive, and the overall experience was underwhelming.
