The location and price were good, the staff were friendly and helpful, the lifts worked fine, the bed was comfy, and the air‑con/heating performed well, but the double room was still small, the bathroom handle was literally hanging off, there was an odd smell when leaving the lift on level 3, and I couldn’t sleep on either night.
