The hotel is excellent, far from noisy roads, with all room amenities working and friendly staff offering a tasty breakfast, yet the guests were noisy, especially children, and otherwise everything was fine.

The hotel’s location is fine, but it was dirty; room cleaning was irregular and sometimes unresponsive to requests for tidying or towel replacement; the window wouldn’t open; the hygienic shower was broken; door handles fell off; it was scary to touch anything; the breakfasts were ruined by children athletes who left no leftovers even though breakfast time hadn’t ended; the hotel clearly wasn’t prepared for full occupancy, and overall it’s a pretty hotel that needs renovation, updating, and better management.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel, where the breakfast was truly delicious and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The rooms were spotlessly clean, and I appreciated the daily room service that kept my space tidy. Overall, my experience was truly exceptional, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay.
