Breakfast was the best part, but I didn’t get the room I had ordered, the TV wasn’t working, and the staff were unhelpful; this was my first and last time staying at this hotel.

Nothing good, the customer service was very bad and unconcerned. The hotel cancelled our reservations before we arrived, making it hard to find another place with availability on short notice, which was very unprofessional and showed no concern or compassion for the situation; I was very displeased with the whole encounter.

I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of this hotel and the friendly staff, who went out of their way to make me feel welcome. However, I have to admit that I was a bit perplexed by the fact that I loved everything about my stay, which is a rare occurrence for me.
