The reception staff were kind, the hotel sits right on the shopping street with everything nearby, dozens of restaurants of all kinds, and the tram that stops two minutes from the hotel is very convenient and goes straight to the station.

Being right in the middle of Tenmonkan Street was incredibly convenient, and as always the staff were helpful, the room was very clean, and despite it being summer the bedding stayed fresh while many hotels smelled of sweat; I skipped breakfast this time because I was busy, but when I have eaten there it’s always delicious, and when I asked them to chill the alcohol I brought for a drinking party they gladly obliged. There’s nothing to point out; it’s my favourite hotel in Kagoshima.

The location was great and the place is consistently clean, giving a strong sense of reliability. When I went to get ice for a drink, the ice glasses were scattered on the floor – probably left by a previous guest – and it made me think they could do more frequent checks.

The staff were extremely helpful; when I asked about renting a car they looked it up on the spot, marked it on a map and explained everything. The toothpaste amount on the provided toothbrush was too little.
