The hotel staff were very kind, and the reception manager gave us a city view room even though I had booked a different room with no view.

The food was bland, the room only had a table and no chair and when I asked staff for an extra seat they couldn’t provide one, they even tried to charge me for a missing coffee spoon even though I never touched the coffee station, checkout took forever and I was almost missing my flight, and the elevators moved at a snail’s pace.
