“Felt like this was a new venture run by inexperienced hosts. Room for improvement.”
Cute layout and some nice touches, carvings dotted around the place, small patio and Braai. Shower was great. Receptionist was terrible, felt like we were imposing on her on arrival. Chewing a straw while talking to us around and never removed it. Bedding was only a quilted cover, had to ask for a sheet to sleep under. No cutlery or crockery so impossible to use the Braai. Tea cups provided but only one tea bag and coffee sachet provided
I appreciated the peaceful atmosphere of this hotel, it was a great place to unwind. However, I was a bit concerned when the power went out and they didn't have a backup generator to keep things running. Overall, it was a nice stay but with some room for improvement in terms of reliability.
I was impressed by the team's empathy and the hotel's natural surroundings, it was a lovely place to be. However, I did experience a shortage of water during my stay, which was a bit frustrating. Despite this, I appreciated the hotel's charm and the friendly staff.
“poor lightning and parking”
the room was fine. great bed and bedding. the lights during night didn't work.poses a major safety risk. snakes and visibility of people moving. manager did explain the issue though. the lights really need a upgrade . there was no designated parking for the room I booked .big issue the morning I booked out
The quiet surroundings were a major plus for me, I was able to get a good night's sleep. Unfortunately, I had to deal with a bit of an inconvenience in the morning when I found out there was no water available. Despite this, I still enjoyed my stay and appreciated the serene environment.
