The service was excellent and the room spotless. Nothing was lacking; everything worked perfectly.

Nothing positive to mention. The entire experience was awful: check‑in demanded cash only, rates didn’t match what was quoted, and multiple hotel names appeared on the display. The room was poorly refurbished and uncomfortable.
