There were no staff, no bottled water, no one to receive us at check‑in, no receipt at check‑out and no one to tell us it would be sent later. The hotel was left unattended all night, offering no security.

The view was nice, but there was no hot water, the place was barely clean, the bed was very hard, there was no reception, no breakfast, and it was terrible that we had to drive 10 minutes to another resort owned by the same owner for bad food. The house wasn’t ready yet, so I don’t understand why they opened it for rent. Workers came and went, and dust was everywhere. We went on this trip expecting a good experience but ended up switching to another hotel.
