The staff was friendly, but there were no amenities and no body wash in the shower.

The place was quiet, had an elevator, decent beds and a good shower, but the shampoo and Kleenex were empty and nobody checked the room after the first night to replace towels.

Security was okay, the room was quiet, and having a restaurant nearby was nice, yet I wasn’t really satisfied with the menu; there was no coffee in the room, no coffee pot, no breakfast, and I wasn’t sure if we were supposed to go to Penny’s for breakfast or if it was self‑pay – I probably won’t stay here again.

I had a fantastic experience at this hotel, thanks to the exceptional general manager who went above and beyond to make our stay special. He even comped our breakfast, which was a lovely surprise. The rooms were immaculately clean, and we would definitely return just because of the general manager's warm hospitality.
