Everything is truly perfect; the facilities and views are beautiful, and there is nothing I dislike.

The views are spectacular, but there is no reception and contacting them is slow. The rooms are poorly maintained and built in pieces, offering a very bad value for money. Cleaning leaves much to be desired. The restaurant has very little variety and is expensive. The lights go out as soon as it starts to rain, even minimally.

We loved the place, had a great time, and the activities make a difference. The apartment is incredible and service is excellent. However, there is only one vegan restaurant, so it’s hard to find a place to eat after 6 pm. Because the location is hard to reach, I wish they offered food options for non‑vegans.

Life feels great when you’re in Atitlán at sunset. It’s expensive and food options are limited.
