The location was good for public transport, but the Wi‑Fi didn’t work or was slow. The room faced the street, had 800‑mm windows, and the street and other rooms made a lot of noise. The bathroom was tiny, the extractor fan was broken, and the heating didn’t work.

The spot was convenient for St Pancras, but the place needed a lot of fixing—equipment was rusty, overall cleanliness was lacking, and the room had a slight odor. The staff member was very helpful, though.

The room was nice and clean, but there were a lot of stairs to reach it, which I didn’t know about beforehand and struggled to haul my suitcase up. The bed was very hard, and the TV remote had dead batteries.

The location is great for anyone coming from St Pancras—just a few minutes on foot—but it can be quite noisy and lively, which is expected and was the main reason we chose it.

It’s close to the station, but the smell and lack of cleanliness were disappointing.
