We really liked this place because it’s close to Cabárceno park. Parking was a breeze, right in front of the door, and the room we got was to our liking, complete with a private bathroom. The place was clean and peaceful, and the staff were friendly when we checked in. Nothing to complain about.

The room was clean and the person on WhatsApp was quick and friendly. The online check‑in didn’t work well, so we had to wait a long time before we could get into the room. Then we had trouble getting the electricity to work and had to wait again for a response. The white neon lights were awful for us. In the morning there was no hot water in the shower, and the water splashed all over the floor because there was no shower door. We booked a double bed but received two single beds instead. Very unpleasant and disappointing.

It’s in a good spot for going to Cabarceno. The only issue is that they don’t change the room from one day to the next.

Everything was great: the kindness of Claudio, the girl who helped us when we left, the cleanliness, the room… all of it. The parking just needs a little fix.

If you’re on the road, be aware that you have to fill out web forms on your phone before you arrive, and they’re in Spanish and you have to upload documents.
