“Wont be staying here again. Dirty. Poor management. Room dirty. Food bad.”

I’m not going to sugarcoat it—this place has fallen apart. We had been here before and everything was fine, but this time we were left disappointed. We arrived after 9pm and the bar was swamped with event guests, so we couldn’t even grab a drink. When we asked housekeeping a few times, nobody came to clean our room. Every evening, after we returned from a hike around 5‑6pm, the room was still untouched. The management seemed clueless and untrained; we spoke with them daily, but nothing changed. Breakfast was a letdown; the buffet that used to be amazing was now awful, and we tried the à‑la‑carte with the same disappointment. We were overcharged by almost $3k, had to call after we left to fight it, and they only refunded one night. The whole trip was ruined by the lack of experience from the staff. I had to repeat myself every single day—ask for a clean room. The hallway smelled like vomit when we arrived, dishes were left by the doors, and the garbage bin overflowed. I would not recommend this hotel; it needs new management and a serious cleaning overhaul.

“tourist trap”

My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. The lobby was quite impressive, but unfortunately, the rest of my experience was marred by the unfriendly staff. They failed to prepare my room, and to top it off, they charge a resort fee without providing any additional amenities to justify it.

“This is an excellent hotel for conferences but less so for tourists”

My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. On the one hand, its efficient and convenient setup made it feel like a seamless transition from arriving at the airport to getting to the slopes. The hotel's prime location and well-appointed public areas were definite pluses. However, the room cleaning left much to be desired, and I often found my room and the public areas to be dirty. The ski valet service was also a letdown, with misplaced equipment and long wait times.
