The value was really good and the apartment lovely. Manager Mohammad Al‑Sharif was very helpful, great with customers, kind and welcoming. I loved my stay and will definitely return. Everything was great.

It was old and didn’t live up to what I was expecting with my family. The breakfast was limited, the lobby was old, and I was told to confirm the booking because I had booked a suite but it turned out to be just a room and a kitchen; when I told them, they said the suite was a room and a kitchen, knowing I had booked a room and lounge, but unfortunately they didn’t understand, so I had to pay 150 SAR to get a lounge, and if I hadn’t booked through Booking I would have cancelled the whole idea.

Peace be upon you and God’s mercy and blessings. Thank God, the world’s Lord, the hotel was wonderful and exceeded my expectations in terms of the room, staff, and breakfast. I have traveled to many countries and stayed in many hotels, and this hotel was the best among many experiences. Thank you and I pray for their success and prosperity.
