The facilities were spotlessly clean and super convenient, but the check‑in had a small glitch at first, otherwise everything was fine.

“Exceeds expectations :)”

The place was a great bang for the buck; the house looked lovely, was spotless and cozy. If you want a quiet spot that’s still close enough to the city for day trips, near Cumberland State Forest and other nature reserves, this is it. Getting there is easy by bus from Beecroft station. Alda, the hostess, was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making the whole stay enjoyable.

“Felt like home with great atmosphere and a charming host.”

Breakfast was decent in a beautiful setting, and the cockatoos greeting us was a nice touch. The decor was great, the room comfortable, and the bathroom stunning. It was a bit far from Hornsby, which I chose, and there were a few minor glitches.

The room was secure with private amenities. It matched my needs perfectly, giving me a safe place to store extra travel gear while I spent my days elsewhere around Sydney. Alda was very open and direct about guest expectations.

“Very comfortable with a lovely host.”

The spot was close to transport but still leafy and quiet. I enjoy walking, and there was a nice green area I could stroll through in the evenings after work. Nothing I didn’t like.
