“Struttura moderna e in posizione strategica, con diversi comfort, ma gli spazi ridotti, i problemi con l'accesso ele”
The room is modern, equipped with a TV that offers Netflix, YouTube, and Mediaset, plus a handy fridge for drinks and food. When we asked for extra pillows, they arrived right away. The spot is strategic, just a two‑minute walk from the metro. There’s also a partnership with a nearby bar where you can choose a croissant or another breakfast item, served with milk, cappuccino, or coffee. The room feels too small and lacks enough space for personal belongings; staying longer could become quite uncomfortable. Another issue is the excessive automation: with no staff physically present, you must rely entirely on your phone to open both the front gate and the room door. That means you need a charged phone and a working connection; if the battery dies or the connection fails, you risk being locked out. During our stay we had to wait about 25 minutes because the gate‑opening system jammed. The process requires entering a number on the intercom and then using the phone; fortunately a lady was coming in and we managed to get in together with her. Without her help, we don’t know how long we would have waited. Finally, regarding cleaning and linen changes, we had to request them ourselves. The service was performed only once in four days, which we found insufficient.
