Nothing satisfied me; service was zero. We booked two rooms for two people each, but only one was given, with a dirty bed on a single bed and a pillow with blood; the room had mold, was untidy, smelled awful, and there was no towel.

Nothing pleased me because my husband and I weren't given a room; the staff were absent at check‑in even though we arrived from another city, Chemnitz, at 18.20 as scheduled, and we were told a room was available; instead we were offered only one room for two paid reservations, so my husband—who is disabled after a stroke—and I had to return to the station and wait until morning for the next train; phone contact with staff failed as the representative hung up and never answered again, and we hope the hostel refunds us for the services not rendered and offers an apology; it was disgusting and horrible, and all impressions of your city were ruined by this awful service—just terrible, terrible, just awful (((.

The hotel was very good for Hamburg city, but the toilet was not separate.
