The place felt cozy and welcoming, staff were very friendly, breakfast was tasty, no crowds, everything was well organized, the shower was warm and the bed was good. However, the bedding was thick, the blankets and pillowcases had a bad smell because they hadn’t been washed. The room was cleaned but the towels weren’t changed. We had to dry ourselves with damp towels at night because the rain prevented them from drying. The curtains were moldy due to humidity and need constant maintenance on rainy, cold days.
