The staff were friendly and very helpful with local knowledge and transport tips. The hotel offers good value, especially considering the location and inclusive breakfast. There is an honesty bar, which was a welcome addition, and a discount is offered at the local restaurant. The rooms are simple and clean.

The location is perfect, literally right next to the Church of the Immaculate Conception with St. Carlo Acutis, close to the square of St. Clare and Piazza del Comune. Note: everywhere is either uphill or downhill! The walk from Mojano parking (plus a preferential parking rate per day) is good (moving stairs up). The room is quite large, ideal for four people, with comfortable beds. A fridge hidden in the wardrobe is a bit noisy… The bathroom is just right, although the refill of toilet paper and towel replacement didn’t work perfectly during our six nights. Hallways are narrow, but that’s part of the charm since the hotel is in an old townhouse with preserved old wall fragments. Rooms and hallways feel very cozy. Breakfast is modest, simple choices, but you wouldn’t go hungry. Delicious coffee ;-) The staff are very friendly! A great family hotel. Probably not for the overweight ;-)

The hotel is excellent. The location is very good: close to the main sights and restaurants. The room is comfortable, fragrant, clean, with high‑quality sheets and towels, and air conditioning (which makes a big difference in summer). The bathroom is also very good. The building has an elevator. Breakfast is very varied and plentiful. Service is excellent from both Edoardo and Graziella: they are very kind, helpful, speak fluent Portuguese, and made us feel at home. Everything was excellent!!!!

The location is superb, right in the center, and the building is unique. Our room was separated from the bathroom (private, of course) by two steps and a long, narrow corridor. The staff were extremely kind and helpful. Definitely excellent value for money. Highly recommended. The breakfast buffet could improve the quality of some foods.
