“最高でした！”

The room was large, spotless, and equipped with all the necessary amenities, making it very comfortable. The staff were courteous and helpful, with several members able to speak basic Japanese. Breakfast offered a buffet of Vietnamese dishes, sausages, porridge, bread, salads, fruit, and even made pho to order, all of which were tasty. Although the hotel is far from Hanoi’s Old Quarter, it didn’t matter to us because our workplace was nearby. The value for money was outstanding.

I’ve stayed here many times and have always been pleased with the staff’s attitude, especially front‑desk employee Ruby, who was warm, friendly and gave me a lot of assistance. While the staff were enthusiastic, the breakfast selection was somewhat limited.

My stay was made pleasant by the exceptionally kind staff, who went out of their way to make me feel welcome and supported during my visit. Unfortunately, I don't have much else to share about my experience, as I didn't get to explore many other aspects of the hotel.
