The staff were courteous and polite. The breakfast was diverse and tasty. The front beach looked pretty, but it isn’t safe for children because of strong waves and rough sea. Being called a “resort” feels like a stretch; for the island’s lodging standards it might be considered a 3‑star or 4‑star with generosity, but “resort” is too high a self‑image, even if it’s “mini.” The bathroom was very small, making it hard for an adult to bathe a child.

I liked the hotel’s location and the sea‑front accommodation. The outdoor area was very beautiful and well‑maintained, with lovely landscaping, a pool, gazebos, a lake—all in harmony. Breakfast was satisfactory. The air conditioning worked well and quietly. The mattress was very hard, and the pillows were not comfortable. There was a strong musty smell in the room; we had to leave the window open in the afternoon to lessen it. The bathroom was tiny. A large room with a bathroom that small was disappointing. The restaurant didn’t have any of the items we ordered: no freshly‑made drinks, no sparkling wine, the wine was warm, and there was no pizza, even though those items were on the menu. We had to go out to eat on the day we were most tired.

The stay was very comfortable and pleasant, with a delicious and varied breakfast and a lovely balcony to relax on the hammock—I loved it and will definitely return at another time. The place is uncomfortable: towels are stained, there are spider webs in the corners of the rooms. The internet is terrible, causing the TV to malfunction, and the shower has several holes that let water leak. None of the advertised features are present: the golf course doesn’t exist, the field with a fence is inaccessible because the grass is too high. The bathroom window almost falls onto my daughter’s head. I demand a refund.
