“My stay felt like a home away from home”

The amenities were impressive: an in‑room washer and dryer, a stove with an oven, and a full‑size refrigerator, plus professional and welcoming staff. However, the pet walking area was inadequate; pet waste was everywhere even though two waste stations were placed on either side of the designated space.

The room was spacious enough for my family. Unfortunately, we found hair in the freezer, hair in the tub, and hair on a washcloth—there were only three washcloths in a three‑bedroom room. The icemaker and dishwasher were both broken.
