Great location in Alytus, very central, with parking available. The pool and garden are well maintained and inviting, and the host is very friendly. Rooms in the basement haven’t been renovated in a long time (the basement itself didn’t bother us). The items in the rooms—wardrobes, tables, even the bedding—look very worn from many guests. The bathrooms are limescale‑covered and the tile seams are moldy. The price is absolutely unjustified for the condition of the rooms. It’s also very noisy, so you can hear other guests arguing all night.

A large, spacious room, a shared kitchen adequately equipped, quiet surroundings, close to the center, on‑site parking, a courtyard for relaxing, a pool, seating areas, a fire pit, the owners live on the premises, Wi‑Fi is fine—highly recommend this accommodation.

The owner was very friendly, warm, and hospitable; you can tell he enjoys hosting guests. The place was kept very clean, and we were free to use the pool and BBQ area. He made it feel like a home away from home. Definitely book again if we’re in that area. The neighborhood has lots of dogs, and you can hear them barking all day (not a huge problem), but it’s unavoidable since the location is next to other people’s homes.
