La limpieza, el personal, el desayuno en su cafetería, la verdad que si vas en coche a Madrid es un sitio genial, a 25'-30' del centro y en transporte público casi 1 hora, pero tienes la parada de Bus justo a la puerta del Hotel

The room was spacious but not clean; they just walked in to drop towels and toilet paper. There was never a receptionist available to help, and when we tried to contact them via their WhatsApp number they never responded. The only time we met a front‑desk staff member was upon arrival, and she didn’t speak English.

Better than expected, very modern and comfortable. They charged us €15 per person per night for early check‑in before 3 pm, even though the rooms were clean that night, but it was an extra cost.
