We had a great stay on our trip to North Cape, with very friendly staff and a more extensive breakfast buffet on the first visit thanks to more personnel. On the second visit, there were fewer staff clearing the breakfast tables, the process felt uncoordinated, no enthusiasm was visible, and the tables weren’t wiped. The restaurant was closed, but there were enough city alternatives.
