“Great experience”
The staff were clean, friendly, and the hotel sits in a prime spot close to most monuments and the train station. The value for money was great and the included breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend it and would definitely stay again.
The hotel is in a great neighbourhood with many excellent restaurants nearby. The rooms were clean, with large showers and the air‑con worked great. It is a good 15‑minute walk to the nearest sights. The breakfast was not edible; it felt pre‑prepared, cold, and not nice at all. The beds are really uncomfortable.
The overall stay was disappointing. I booked this hotel specifically for the spa and brought my parents there, only to find out on arrival that it was closed for renovations. I contacted the hotel and didn’t get a reply until the last night of our four‑night stay, when they offered an alternative spa that was also disappointing. Breakfast was understaffed and very slow, and housekeeping was inconsistent—the beds were made, but the bathroom wasn’t properly cleaned and the garbage wasn’t removed. The only real positive was the excellent location.

The hotel is very well located in the center of Rome. It is clean and comfortable. The breakfast is very hearty and varied. The staff are helpful. There is no relaxation area or pool, which would be very appreciated after long days of sightseeing in Rome.
