I recently had a disastrous experience at The Travellers Rest, where I had booked the Shepherd's Hut with a confirmed early check-in due to my poor health. Unfortunately, the staff were completely unhelpful and disorganised upon our arrival, leaving us waiting for over 30 minutes while they tried to locate someone. When we were finally told that we weren't on the list, it became clear that the hut hadn't even been prepared for us.
