The location is good and the staff are friendly and helpful. The only problems were the lack of ventilation in the toilet and bathroom, and the building’s structure is worn out in some parts.

All the staff spoke Japanese. The only issue was that there were many insects because the hotel is close to the garden.

I stayed in a lovely spot in Coyoacán, right where everything is but far enough from the city’s noise, and I couldn’t find anything to complain about.

The service was very pleasant and the location is central, nothing to add.
