“100/10 exceeded all expectations”
The staff were excellent, the views were incredible, and the rooms were perfect; I highly recommend this place for international tourists and will definitely return.
The hotel was beautiful with great views, spacious rooms and well‑furnished furniture; the bathroom and stone sink were especially pleasing, but the rooms without windows felt like caves with no ventilation, a musty smell and no oxygen—so we had to switch rooms. In the evening there was nothing to do nearby, it was dull. The staff asked for my son’s jeans, my denim skirt, and my son’s jeans without any explanation; they left early in the morning and there was no time to sort it out, which is unacceptable for a five‑star hotel at that price.
“Servizio inesistente”
The location was stunning and the rooms were new and tidy, yet the service was non‑existent; breakfast ran only from 8:30 to 11 and nothing else was offered. The breakfast staff didn’t speak English and seemed completely inexperienced. The food didn’t suffice for all diners (the hotel was practically empty), there was no choice or day‑to‑day variety. Honestly, I wonder how this place can be rated as five‑star.
We missed having a restaurant for evenings and also a bar, which was disappointing.
“Hotel superlativo”
The structure sits at the foot of Uchisar Castle, offering a spectacular view; the hotel is meticulously maintained and the staff are super helpful with any request, and the traditional Turkish breakfast is outstanding.
