50 m² · 1 queen bed and 1 sofa bed
Beds 10/10 · 9 guests mention them
“sehr zufrieden”
Everything as described – parking in front of the house – early check‑in was no problem.
“Schöner Aufenthalt mit guter Betreuung”
The amenities matched the description and the apartment is fully furnished – nothing is missing. Minor issues were fixed immediately. The apartment is on a busy daytime entry road from Zwickau, so there’s a noticeable noise level, but with the windows closed you hardly hear it.
“Für Kurzaufenthalte ok, könnte verbessert werden”
The welcome was friendly, and the self‑check‑in with the key box was quick and clearly explained; the apartment itself was well situated with a parking spot right outside the door. The kitchen had plenty of dishes, though only one pot was available – which is fine since we didn’t plan to cook. Unfortunately, there was no dishcloth provided, and the dishwasher had no tabs, so you’ll need to bring your own. The sofa in the living area was uncomfortable for two people, cramped and sinking in too deep. The bed felt a bit too soft, and besides the lamp outlet, there was no other socket for a phone on one side of the nightstand, which feels like a basic requirement today. The apartment was noticeably cool, and even when I cranked up the heating, it stayed chilly in the evenings when I returned or in the mornings when I woke up. On one of the two evenings I managed to stay on the sofa with a blanket (thankfully available), but on the other evening I had to leave the room.
Very clean and lovingly decorated. Self‑check‑in was hassle‑free. Everything matched the description, even water and coffee were provided. The kitchen is well equipped, Aldi is on the other side of the street for easy self‑supply, and the balcony is nice. The only thing to keep in mind is that the house is on a main road, so it’s very loud… (I chose this street on purpose because I was planning to travel from here).
