The rooftop pool was great and the staff were good. The room was a bit small, there was no extra chair, and the buffet didn’t have great options.

The rooms were decent, but the lobby felt too cramped.

The breakfast was very elaborate and tasty.

While the hotel's location and breakfast spread were decent, my experience was marred by slow service and a lack of organization between the kitchen and staff. Even with a small morning crowd, it took a long time for our orders to arrive, and they were out of basic items like almond milk.

I want to commend the restaurant staff, particularly Pravendra and Pooja, for their exceptional courtesy. However, my experience with the hotel's facilities was disappointing, especially considering I paid for the most expensive room category. The Junior Suite I stayed in had a broken mattress on one side, old and worn-out furniture, and a balcony door without a mosquito net.
