I couldn't even find the place, the GPS location was totally misleading, I got lost and couldn't check in, so I need a refund.

I paid through bookings.com, but on arrival they said the account no longer existed and I had to pay cash; I never got a refund from bookings.com or the property and I ended up double paying.
