Comfort Inn Fairfield Napa Valley Area

It’s a safe area, so I didn’t have to worry about my car. The room could have better insulation so you don’t hear the outside traffic, conversations, or lobby door opening and closing; I stayed on the first floor and it was pretty noisy at times. You get what you pay for, so I wasn’t expecting a five‑star hotel. The bed and sheets were comfortable and the staff was nice.

“Good location, but property needs more TLC”

The staff were nice and breakfast was adequate, but I needed block‑out curtains because too much light from outside was coming in.

“Decent room”

The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, and a kind young man worked the front desk. Access from the freeway was easy. The elevator wasn’t working, so we waited over eight minutes for someone to come to the front desk. The door to the outside next to our room was loud every time it was closed, and a group of guests were loud and rowdy around 3:30 am for at least 30 minutes.

“Room reeked of urine...”

The bedding, shower, breakfast, and convenience were good, but room #123 smelled like old urine. The round toilet seat didn’t match the oblong toilet, the coffee pot wasn’t cleaned after the previous tenants, the shower grout was moldy, and the hall by the room reeked of pot.

“חסרה תשומת לב”

I stayed at a hotel that’s well‑located for exploring Na'fe and Eli without breaking the bank. The room was fairly spacious and the breakfast was decent. However, the place felt a bit neglected, with a stain on the carpet, a poorly fitting shower head, a cramped and shabby breakfast area, and a lizard in the pool.
