Rohan was a very friendly, helpful, and open host. The garden was beautiful and well‑maintained, the room large and comfortable, and the bathroom had both a shower and a bathtub without a wet floor, which was very cozy. Rohan even organized several excursions around the area. Thank you!!

“Perfekt auch für längere Aufenthalte”

I felt surprisingly comfortable. The accommodation was very clean, spacious, with a lovely, well‑kept garden, all brand new. The hosts (Chandi and Rohan, both very nice, friendly, and accommodating) live in the house next door and are very helpful. Rohan speaks German very well and can tell you everything about the island and its treasures, giving valuable tips. There is a private kitchen and each of the three rooms has its own bathroom. Even a washing machine is available, and on request Chandi prepares an extremely tasty Sri Lankan breakfast for you in the morning. A fully automatic coffee machine guarantees excellent coffee, something you don’t find everywhere on the island! The clean beach is close by and Ambalangoda offers countless shopping options with a genuine Sri Lankan feel. I’ll definitely come back – it couldn’t be better! There was nothing at all, not even a single thing that could be complained about!

A new and large house. The rooms are separate, and the kitchen can be shared. Very clean. The hosts were always there for us and grew very close to our hearts. Rohan arranged everything we needed. Motorbikes were delivered to and picked up from the house. The hosts speak fluent English, German, and Italian. Anyone in the area should stay there.
