The staff were friendly and very polite.

The breakfast was excellent.

“すごく良かったです！”

I liked that the shower room and toilet were separate. The downside was that I had to go all the way to the elevator to pick up my loungewear.

“いつもと一緒”

Everything was the same as usual, but the bathroom drain was clogged, so water didn't flow and it stayed dirty. Instead of just cleaning the hair catcher, the deodorizing trap had to be removed and cleaned with acidic magic ink or bleach; otherwise the accumulated waste made it filthy and unhygienic.
