How guests rate the property, aspect by aspect.
The front desk staff Jenny was helpful and seemed genuinely invested in the hotel. However, the grounds were littered with beer cans and other trash, and inside the room there were two large bags full of beer cans—an unpleasant sight for a guest. The lawn maintenance was inadequate. While we liked the location and had expected a 4‑star experience, it fell short. Simple fixes could bring us back. Thanks, The Isoms of Virginia

The ADA bathroom was spacious and user‑friendly. The room, however, was damp and the AC did not seem to remove moisture from the air.

A young man at the counter tried hard to make a poor property feel better. The hotel was the dirtiest I've seen in a long time: sheets were dirty, the bathtub was filthy and had to be cleaned before use, curtains were sagging, there was no ice in the pool, the pool was out of order, and there was no elevator. It appears the owners are exploiting the operation, and Quality Inn should be ashamed to use its name.

I disliked everything. The rooms were extremely dirty: I had to pull back the covers to find the sheets had not been changed, with hair and grime on them. The shower was full of hair and the paint was peeling. The floor around the toilet and the shower curtain were filthy. I had to buy cleaning supplies and a new sheet set from Dollar General because staff were not at the counter. The AC never cooled and kept shutting off; the filter looked never cleaned. The TV was broken. On top of that, people in the parking lot were vomiting everywhere, likely due to over‑drinking.
